Meet Our Executive Team Of HVAC Professionals
Neil joined PSR in 2004, and has over 25 years of experience in the design, delivery and management of HVAC and building controls systems. With an emphasis on energy efficiency throughout his career, Neil has worked as senior project developer for an energy service company, and as National Energy Director for PSR's parent company, Service Logic. Neil holds a degree in HVAC system design, is a Certified Energy Manager and Auditor, LEED-AP O&M, and is ASHRAE certified in facility Operations and Performance Management.
David began his career at PSR in 1993 as a parts driver, served his apprenticeship to Journeyman Field Technician, then Field Supervisor, then Service Manager, and is now Operations Manager for the company. As Operations Manager, David leads the service delivery team and manages day to day delivery of PSR's service, maintenance, and energy sustainability services programs. David's hands on HVAC expertise includes equipment diagnostics and repair, controls, system design, and energy efficiency.
Business Development Manager
Jeff excels in developing lasting relationships with facility stakeholders. He has focused much of his career helping clients understand complicated issues, and helping implement customized plans that align with their objectives. Jeff studied Speech Communication at Pepperdine University and brings a unique perspective having worked in Property Management as a licensed WA Real Estate Broker.
Information Systems Manager
Matt joined PSR in 2017 to manage business systems efforts. Having managed transformational projects in industries such as healthcare, finance, franchising, retail, logistics, and warehousing. Matt brings more than 25 years of systems experience and degrees in both Business Administration and Computing Systems to PSR. Matt works closely across the organization to manage the ever-evolving environment in operations and technology.
With almost 40 years of Accounting and Customer Service experience, including 10 years of middle Management in construction, waste management, government contracting and various service industries, Heather has learned from the bottom up. In Feb. of 2009 Heather joined Piedmont Service Group as a Service Accountant, she transferred to PSR Mechanical Nov. of 2010 as a Senior Accountant and in Sept. of 2017 she joined the leadership team as Accounting Manager.
Customer Service Manager
Greg Hagen was named Customer Service Manager in March of 2018. In his current role Greg ensures we are meeting the day to day needs of our customers and providing the highest quality service. He oversees a team of Customer Service Representatives, warehouse and parts driver personnel. Greg provides support to our customer base, Operations Manager, Service Technicians, Account Executives and serves on the Safety Committee. Greg originally joined PSR Mechanical in 2015 as the Service Support Advisor and continues many of those responsibilities today. Prior to PSR Mechanical, Greg worked as a Project Manager in the Electrical industry in Seattle, WA. He began his career with an Electrical Distributor managing commercial switchgear and lighting projects. Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Central Washington University in 2006.
